2. Data Processed

From Google Sign-In — profile information and an account identifier.
From your use of the service — content you create and technical request data used for authentication and security. Traffic is measured anonymously, without cookies or cross-site identifiers.

Content you mark as public is served to anyone with the share link until you toggle it off or delete it.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Art. 6(1)(b) — providing the account and service you signed up for.
Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in security, abuse prevention, and measuring aggregate traffic.
Art. 6(1)(a) — consent, for making content public. You may withdraw this consent at any time by un-publishing or deleting the content.

4. Recipients

Personal data may be processed by the following categories of recipients, acting as processors on the controller's behalf:

Authentication provider (for sign-in).
Application hosting provider (including managed database).
Analytics infrastructure provider (for anonymous traffic measurement).

5. Transfers Outside the EEA

Some recipients are located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions and/or Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

6. Retention

Account data: while your account exists; deleted on account deletion.
Session tokens: up to 14 days.
Server logs: up to 30 days.

7. Necessity of Providing Data

Providing the data listed in section 2 is necessary to create an account and use the service. Without it, the service cannot be provided.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR Art. 15–22 you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated content at any time from the account settings page. 9. Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

10. Cookies and Local Storage

This site uses only storage strictly necessary to provide the service: a session cookie for authentication, a CSRF token for form protection, and a theme preference kept in the browser's local storage. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Traffic measurement (section 4) operates without cookies or cross-site identifiers.
