2. Your Content
You keep ownership of what you create. By marking an entry or folder as public you grant a limited licence to serve it to anyone with the share link, for as long as it remains public; toggling it off or deleting it revokes the licence.
You are responsible for the legality of what you upload. Content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious may be removed without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful use.
- No attempts to access other accounts or the infrastructure.
- No interference, scraping, or automated access beyond normal browser usage.
- No malware or exploitation attempts.
- No resale or re-hosting of the Service.
4. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of uninterrupted operation.
5. Liability
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory statutory liability (in particular under the German Product Liability Act, for injury to life, body or health, and for intent or gross negligence) remains unaffected.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page, which removes your entries, folders and categories. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
